Return Policy: We are committed to total customer satisfaction. Every effort will be made to ensure that we deliver a quality product and in a size that is defined on the web site. All sizes are proximate We go through a quality control process, and for accuracy of colour. The color you see on your monitor may not be exactly the same as the final gillie, and each monitor may vary in colour adjustments. Monitors may vary in colour adjustments. 

Price errors may occur from time to time due to program glitches. We reserve the right to seek our products at correct price. if any discrepancies occurs, we will advise you at the time of purchase or upon our most recent awareness or at confirmation of check out purchase orders. 

We gladly accept returns and exchanges.

One return per customer, per item purchased order. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returned items back to us for exchange. We don’t accept cancellations, but please contact me within 3 days if you have any problems with your order. The following items can not be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective. We will not accept returns for custom or personalized orders and digital downloads. Buyer’s are responsible for return shipping costs if the item(s) are not returned in its original package or wrapping. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returned items purchased back to us for exchange. The cost to you our customer will be no different than your completed exchange of equal or lesser valued purchase minus shipping and handling costs. However, handling our exchanges this way greatly reduces our turn around time and does not ensure the item you are ordering may not be or is in stock at that time Confirm when returning item, for your own protection.

Exchanges are non-refundable unless the merchandise is proven defective We recommend taking photos of products ordered including the package(s) and wrappings. Confirmation is required that we will accept items for exchange. Items that have been damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for returns or exchange. Items must be returned in their original packages, if too damaged other arrangements must be make to return with its original packages and wrappings. In order to resolve an issue, we will ask that items be returned for inspection for damage or corruption to help us determine that best course of action (ie) repair, replacement or exchange. All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt. Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of confirmation to return for repair, replacement or exchange to claim for a full refund. Our return policy during the holiday seasons for purchases are non-refundable, with the exception within 14 days of receipt for an exchange for that purchase. As always, purchases on clearance/sale items are final sales and seasonal products are non-returnable after the holiday season or sales period. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange for any merchandise that’s not confirmed. All warranties are considered null and void without exception outside of the United States.
